Next Steps to Secure Enrollment:

1. As the next step in the application process, we kindly ask you to complete the requirements to secure your child’s place. This includes settling the one-time enrolment, a refundable security deposit, and an advance payment of 50% of the next term’s tuition fees.
2. In addition, sign and return the School - Parents Agreement.

These steps will confirm your child’s enrolment with the school.

• Play skills (where age-appropriate)

Review and Placement Recommendation

All assessment data is reviewed by our team to develop a full learning profile.

From this, we determine:

• Whether we are able to meet the student’s needs
• The most appropriate support pathway
• Initial recommendations for an Individualised Education Plan (IEP)

At this stage, we will also discuss:

• Level of support required
• Potential placement options
• Any additional services or collaboration needed

Placement and Individualised Planning

If a placement is offered, the student begins their programme with a tailored Individualised Education Plan (IEP).

The IEP is developed across multiple domains, including:

• Academic development
• Language and communication
• Behaviour and emotional regulation
• Social skills
• Functional and life skills

For older students, programmes may also incorporate the ASDAN framework to support practical learning, independence, and accreditation pathways.

Important Considerations

Placement is based on both:

• The student’s needs
• Our ability to provide the appropriate level of support

In some cases, students may be placed on a waitlist if suitable support capacity is not immediately available.

We aim to ensure that every placement is appropriate, sustainable, and supportive for the learner.
